Our ideal candidate should have:

• Genuine interest in quality assurance essential
• Great eye for detail
• Ideally relatable experience, but not essential
• Willingness to learn about QA and related food safety elements

What the job involves:       

• Ensuring packaging/printing quality/printing details are in line with specifications
• Hourly checks on seals
• Cross checking product check sheets with retail sheets
• Highlighting raw material quality issues
• Raising anomalies with paperwork
• Checking quality of product meets customer specification and Food Safety standards
• Completing all paperwork / record sheets, enabling them to form a part of any audit or produce traceback

Working Hours are 40 hours per week on a rota basis of days and backshift, with every second weekend off. The actual working hours vary on the rota from 06.45 - 14.00, 14.15 - 22.00 and 06.45 - 17.30.

Pay Rate

£12.00 per hour

£15.00 O/T
