What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shaping and implementing a forward-thinking L&D strategy across the organisation
- Leading and managing the L&D function and team
- Overseeing Inductions, Technical, HSE, MHE & Development training – both internally & externally
- Delivering engaging training sessions & inductions when required
- Ensuring training compliance through audits, record-keeping & scheduling refresher courses
- Developing and maintaining high-quality training materials for various disciplines
- Managing and processing MHE Training certificates

- Proven management experience in L&D – you're confident leading and inspiring a team
- An engaging and enthusiastic personality – you bring energy and passion to everything you do
- Excellent communication skills – you can engage with employees, managers, and external training providers with confidence
- Strong organisational & project management skills – you can juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) – because details matter
- A flexible, collaborative approach – you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
