To be successful in this role we are looking for:

• Ideally having experience within a food/FMCG/Manufacturing environment ideally in a leadership role across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively with everyone, from production staff to senior management.
• NEBOSH Health & Safety Certificate, as a minimum and prepared to work towards Diploma.
• Awareness of in-house training such as fire safety, manual handling and IOSH, to liaise with our L&D Dept.
