Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Ensure customer requirements for products are met
• To manage customer technical development plans, KPI reports etc.
• To actively contribute to any relevant customer working parties
• Keep all departments up to date with customer initiatives and any new information
• Participate in NPD process, creating specifications and standards that meet both customer and business needs
• Drive technical and operational standards forward across the business
• Ensure the successful launch of new products and processes
• Actively participate in business wide improvement initiatives

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
